Hi, I’m Engela Otto – Foot Fixer, Problem Solver, and Proud Podiatrist.

Yes, I work with feet all day – and no, it’s not as weird as it sounds (well, sometimes it is). But over the years, I’ve learned that your feet have a lot to say about your overall health, and helping people move comfortably through life is incredibly rewarding… even if it occasionally involves feet that have seen better days.

I qualified as a Podiatrist in 2019 at the University of Johannesburg and I have been practicing independently since. I treat everything from everyday aches and pains to complex foot and lower limb conditions. I also extended my knowledge with a certificate in Advanced Diabetic Care with the Centre of Diabetes and Endocrinology. I believe podiatry should be approachable, personal, and yes – even a little fun. There’s no judgement here, just practical advice, professional treatment, and the occasional bad pun (you’ve been warned).

I am proud to call myself a Podiatrist as it has become an absolute passion and I am excited to keep serving.

I am currently practicing in the Garden Route area. Mainly George and Mossel Bay with sessional rooms in Stilbaai and Oudtshoorn.
I realised that the Garden Route was very underserviced in the foot department, so I decided to spread my toes to try and assist
as many people as possible.
